$120 Service Call

The service call covers the scheduled visit and appliance diagnosis.

When the repair proceeds, the $120 service-call fee is applied toward labour.

No repair begins until you receive the findings and approve the estimate.

SERVICE SCOPE

Household Appliance Service

Repair, eligible installation, maintenance and inspection services are available according to the appliance, access, existing connections and parts availability.

This service scope covers electric household appliances. Regulated gas work is not offered.

Laundry Appliances

Washers and electric dryers, including common drainage, spin, heat, noise and control problems.

Kitchen Appliances

Dishwashers, electric ovens and ranges, cooktops, microwaves and range hoods.

Cooling Appliances

Refrigerators and freezers, including cooling, frost, airflow, fan, drainage and control problems.

LOCAL COVERAGE

Based in New Westminster. Serving the Region.

Mobile in-home service is scheduled across Metro Vancouver and selected Fraser Valley communities. Availability varies by location and route.
